CBG projects usually fall through the gaps between stages - a feasibility study handed to one consultant, plant design to another, commissioning to a contractor, and bio-fertilizer sales left to figure themselves out. We work as the connective thread across the entire lifecycle, so the project stays accountable to one team from day one to full plant load.
That continuity is only possible because of a dual grounding most consultancies don't have: instrumentation and process control on one side, fertilizer manufacturing and market commerce on the other. A CBG plant succeeds or fails on both - the precision of its reactor systems, Procurement of feedstock and the strength of its downstream FOM business. We built JTC NEXUS around both, so every DPR and commissioning plan accounts for the plant's full lifecycle, not just the EPC of Bio Gas generation.
We associate with CBG plants and organic bio-fertilizer operations aiming for sustainable, waste-to-wealth outcomes.
An Instrumentation Engineer by qualification with an established background in the fertilizer sector - process control systems paired with fertilizer manufacturing, marketing and distribution. As Director of M/s Biospark Energy Pvt. Ltd., he has been closely associated with the development and operation of Uttar Pradesh's first pipeline-injection Bio-CNG model plant, and carries deep exposure to bio-fertilizer marketing with organizations such as NFL, KRIBHCO and HURL.
Detailed Project Reports built for lender and regulatory scrutiny, grounded in real feedstock and site data.
CSTR-based digestion and PSA purification selection, coordinated with plant design.
Approvals and coordination with GAIL, Torrent and other CGD Companies, Nodal Agencies and MoPNGs.
Process control oversight through to plant commissioning.
Quality compliance and tie-ups with agencies including KRIBHCO, HURL and NFL.
We transform Press Mud, Cow Dung, Napier Grass and other bio-degradable waste into Compressed Biogas - powering a sustainable, energy-secure future. Every plant we design starts with the feedstock and ends with a reactor system engineered for consistent, high-efficiency output.
Our feedstock strategy is built around locally available organic streams - Press Mud, Cow Dung, Napier Grass and other bio-degradable waste - selected for consistent availability, digestibility and year-round supply security, ensuring the plant runs at rated capacity from day one.
The Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactor (CSTR) is the industry standard for high-performance anaerobic digestion - a sealed, insulated vessel fitted with mechanical agitators for continuous mixing. Feedstock is introduced at regular intervals and digestate withdrawn in equal measure, maintaining a consistent, steady-state digestion process for reliable CBG output.
Breaking down complex organics into simple compounds
Converting compounds into volatile fatty acids
Transforming fatty acids into acetic acid
Producing methane-rich biogas - the final clean energy output
The final stage yields a mixture of methane (CH₄) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) - collectively known as biogas. To ensure optimal microbial activity and maximize methane yield per tonne of feedstock, the reactor is maintained under precisely controlled conditions, including temperature (mesophilic or thermophilic range), pH (6.8-7.4) and organic loading rate - the key parameters that drive consistent, high-efficiency biogas production.
JTC NEXUS Private Limited is tied up with a globally recognized technology supplier to the biogas and CBG industry. Through this partnership we bring advanced range of Agitators, Mixers and Pumps to CBG and waste-to-energy projects across the region.
JTC NEXUS has entered into strategic partnerships with leading international technology suppliers, and continues to build new alliances to bring globally proven solutions to the Indian CBG and organic waste management sector.
A plug-flow digester system for efficient anaerobic digestion with minimal methane and CO₂ losses, maximizing gas recovery and plant economics.
Advanced Municipal Solid Waste segregation technology that efficiently separates organic fractions from mixed waste streams, ensuring clean, high-quality feedstock and reducing downstream contamination.
Nutrient-enriched Fermented Organic Manure engineered as a sustainable, effective replacement for chemical NPK fertilizers - supporting soil health while reducing dependency on synthetic inputs.
Agitators, mixers and pumps from our authorized dealership, engineered for superior mixing efficiency and long-term durability.
Raw biogas contains methane (CH₄), carbon dioxide (CO₂), H₂S and moisture. For CBG production, removing CO₂ is essential to raise methane concentration and achieve the required gas quality.
Inventive Gas Equipment offers advanced CO₂ removal systems designed to upgrade biogas into high-purity biomethane suitable for CBG applications. With expertise in both VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) and membrane-based separation, we provide tailored solutions based on plant requirements, operational priorities and return expectations. Our approach goes beyond equipment supply - we focus on system integration, performance optimization & long-term operational reliability.
Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption upgrades biogas to high-purity biomethane for CBG, with full system integration.
A proven process that uses the higher solubility of CO₂ in water compared to methane.
MDEA-based chemical absorption and physical dissolution, achieving 99.5%+ CO₂ removal for gas, refinery, power and cement streams.
Selective polymer membranes in 2-stage or 3-stage setups; the 3-stage recycles methane for higher purity and recovery.
Cools gases to the CO₂ desublimation point (−100 °C to −135 °C), separating it as a solid.
